| Abstract: | China is in the period of the tranformation of social structure.The dual pattern of separation and cooperation of the state and civil society and the relation of positive interaction are the structural brace which builds up a harmonious society.Jurgen Habermas provided public sphere theory,in which public opinion is its guiding theory and a good bridge that connects the state and civil society positively.Therefore,in order to building up a harmonious society,the rationnal and critical public opinion should be advocated and promoted in China. |
