职业化背景下社会工作专业人才伦理培育研究

社会工作专业伦理价值是社会工作的核心与灵魂,对社会工作实践起着重要的指导作用。目前,我国社会工作教育忽视对学生的专业伦理教育,存在重理论与实务技能训练或二者兼得的教育误区,致使培养出的以＂助人自助＂为宗旨的社会工作专业人才不能适应社会发展要求。因此,加强社会工作专业人才的伦理培育尤为重要。本文以黑龙江八一农垦大学社会工作专业为个案,从把握课堂教学、重视实习教育、激发朋辈教育方面对社会工作专业人才伦理培育进行了探讨。

On the Ethical Training of Social Work Majors in the Context of Professionalization

The ethical value of the social work is the soul of the course,and plays an important role in guiding the practice of it.At present,our social work neglecting students＇ professional ethical education enters the education misunderstanding including the emphasis of the theory and practical skills or focusing both.Consequently,Social Work Majors cultivated on the principle of help and self-help can not adapt to the demands of social development.So it is essential to strengthen the cultivation of Social Work Majors.Taking the case of Social Work in Heilong Jiang Bayi Agricultural University,the paper discusses the grasp of class-teaching,emphasis on internship education and stimulating Peer Education.
