| 摘 要： | 在世界各国日益重视海洋资源开发、海洋经济迅速发展的情况下,我国开发南海资源势在必行。然而,南海资源的开发涉及方方面面的复杂问题,必须进行合作开发。鉴于南海资源开发的特殊性,其合作模式应具有多样性,如投融资、风险分摊、区域战略、政府层面等合作模式。

| Abstract: | With the increasing attention to the exploitations of marine resources and the rapid development of oceanic economy,the exploitation of South China Sea's resources is inevitable.Owing to its complexity,the paper argues that cooperative patterns should be diversified,such as investment,financing,risk sharing,regional strategies and governmental cooperation. |
