| Abstract: | The development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is to realize system modernization, which manifests the modernization of governance system and governance ability ; its dynamic is from the deepening and development of reform, and only through reform it can achieve national governance modernization and promote the modernization development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. The goal of modernization development of socialist system with Chinese characteristics is to transfer institutional advantage to national governance effectiveness and comprehensively promote the level of national governance modernization through the innovation and improvement of the system. |
