| 摘 要： | 风险投资对于推动科技创新和进步,使科技成果尽快转化为生产力,增强综合国力和国际竞争力有着重要作用。我国风险投资目前存在资金、退出、人才和法律等方面的制约因素,主体多元化和政策优惠保证资金供给、强化风险资金退出机制建设、强化风险投资人才培养机制和完善风险投资法律体系建设是发展我国风险投资的关键。

| Abstract: | Risk investment plays an important role in pushing scientific and technological innovation and progress,transforming scientific and technological achievements into productive power,and strengthening overall national strength and international competition.In the present development of risk investment in China there exist various restrictive factors in fund supply,withdrawal of fund,talented people,and relevant laws.After analyzing these restrictive factors,this paper proposes that,to develop risk investment soundly in China,the following methods are the possible ways out: encouraging corpus diversification and making relevant policies to promise a regular supply of fund for the risk investment,improving the construction of withdrawal mechanism for risk funds,strengthening the training of talented people for risk investment and perfecting the relevant legal system. |
