| 摘 要： | 与传统哲学家贬低甚至否定修辞学不同,西塞罗把修辞学与哲学结合起来,并以此为基点建构其政治哲学。西塞罗这种修辞学视野下的政治哲学与希腊政治哲学相比,更加回到政治本身上来,强调哲学与政治的现实结合,演绎出习俗政治论和自由共和国论的基本观点。

| Abstract: | Differing from the negative or depreciated attitude of the traditional philosophers on rhetoric,Cicero combined rhetoric with philosophy and constructed his political philosophy on it. Comparing with Greek political philosophy,his theory went back to the political view,and emphasized realistic combination of philosophy and politics. And the basic point was conventional politics and free republic. |
