| 摘 要： | 王安石的变法涵涉诸多方面,而其注重对人才培养作为其变法思想的重要组成部分,具有深远的历史意义. 王安石重视人才储备,提出"教、养、取、任"的人才培养观,同时在变法活动中大力倡导兴学校、"一道德"、改科举,为其变法活动的开展提供了组织保证.

| Abstract: | Wang Anshi's thought of personnel training as an important part of his thoughts of political re-form. He attaches importance to the talent pool, and puts forward his view of talent training:teaching, reser-ving, selecting and appointing. In the political reform activity, he pursued his own thought:run school, uni-fied concept, reform exam system and provides organization guarantee for the political reform activity carried out. |
