英语听力理解的认知心理过程与听的技巧训练

摘    要:从语言学和认知心理学的角度来说,英语听力理解的认知心理过程不是被动接受,而是在积极参与的过程中用自己已有的知识对所听到的内容解码,然后进行筛选、过滤、整理、分类的过程;英语听力水平的提高必须加强培养预测、综合判断的能力、学会用英语思维、了解有关学科及社会背景知识、保持良好的心态、强化精听,重视泛听等技巧的训练。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the cognitive process of listening comprehension from a perspective of linguistics and cognitive psychology, proposes such skills needed to improve listening ability as developing predictive and comprehensive judgment, learning to think in English, expanding knowledge of social background and related disciplines, keeping a good mood, intensifying in-depth listening and paying much attention to extensive listening.
