摘    要:教育督导是教育行政管理的重要手段之一。教育中的政、教、学三个方面应该是教育督导活动中督与导的对象。而要使教育督导工作顺利进行并收到良好的效果 ,就必须建立一个具有相对独立和权力的教育督导机构 ,一支人员结构合理的督导队伍 ,并采取恰当的督导策略 ,加强教育督导过程中的心理分析

Abstract:Educational supervision system is one of the important tools in educational administrative management. Political education, teaching and learning are the three objects for supervision and guidance. To make supervision work smoothly and achieve a better effect, it is obligatory to build up a supervision organization with a relatively independence and power, and a group of people sound in organization. In addition, proper strategies should be adopted along with a reinforcement of psychological analysis in the process of supervision.
