| Abstract: | This article applies the theory of leadership power of independent innovation to the case of leading industry in Liaoning Province. Based on a synthetical consideration of multiple factors restricting the development of leading industry in Liaoning, it proposes the relevant policies to promote the independent innovation of leading industry in Liaoning in order to promote the fast development of leading industry in Liaoning. |
