工资增长率之影响因素的经济学分析

本文从经济学的角度,运用索罗经济增长模型分析了影响工资增长率的决定性因素,得出工资的增长率不能高于劳动生产率提高和经济的增长速度或跟上物价上涨指数的结论。并用中国近十几年的经济数据进行实际验证和分析,得出中国工资性收入占国民收入比重低的原因主要是工资基数过低,以及工资增长率和劳动生产率联系不够密切的结论,且在此基础上给出调整中国职工工资的政策性建议。

The Economic Analysis of Influence on Wage Growth Rate

This paper analyzes the influence on wage growth rate by Solow Growth model from an economic point of view,makes a conclusion that wage growth rate should be lower than the growth rate of labor productivity and economic growth.The paper conducts some empirical analysis of China＇s last decade economic data,discoveres that the wage in China is too low,andthat the wage growth rate and the labor productivity are not linked closely enough,and then gives some policy recommendations to adjust wages of China＇s workers.
