论制度变革中的日本大企业劳使关系

摘    要:战后日本大企业劳使关系从总体上看是稳定的、和谐的,与终身雇佣制度、年功序列工资制度、企业内部培训制度、企业内部晋升制度形成了相互支撑,互为表里的制度体系。本文从制度互补性的视角阐述日本大企业劳使关系与人力资源管理制度的作用机理、劳使关系的变革及其影响因素,为构建我国企业和谐的劳动关系制度体系提供借鉴。

Abstract:The labor relationship of Japan's big enterprise which was stable and harmonious after the WWⅡ,together with the Career Long Employment,Wage system based on seniority,the Interior Training System and Interior Promotion System,makes up a sustaining system union.The dependents and interaction of the systems indicates the complementary relationship.This paper expounds the effect mechanism,the revolution of the labor relations and the effect factors from the perspective of complementary system,and it offers reference to build a harmonious labor relationship for our country's enterprises.
