论我国的政府新闻发言人制度

建立政府新闻发言人制度,可以促进政府信息公开化,保障公民知情权;可以规范信息发布渠道,维护社会稳定;可以引导媒体和公众舆论,促进政府决策的科学化民主化;可以树立良好的政府形象,提升民众的信任和支持度。到2004年年底,我国国务院新闻办公室、中央各部委、省级人民政府三个层次的新闻发言人制度已经基本建立。我国政府新闻发言人制度要长期和健康发展,必须有相应的观念支撑和法制保障。

The sood will come from the system of News spokesman for the government as follows :promote the information of government into the open to guarantee the right to know by the public;standardize the releasing ways of information to stabilize the society;steer the media and the public opinion to malce the governmental policy scientific and democratic;set up a good image of the government to gain the public credit and support.And by the end of 2004,the three stages of news spokeman system as the state department,the central ministries and commissions and the provincial government have been established.And only the relevant ideas support and the law guarntees,can the system of governmental news spokesman develop healthy and long.
