| 摘 要： | 高校内部知识共享可以培养和综合运用高校内部的各种能力,加速知识的传播与创新。但在知识共享主体与客体方面存在着多种障碍,必须建立高校知识共享的文化机制、激励机制和运行机制才能有效实现知识共享。
