中国民间法研究学术报告(2009年)

检视2009年度的民间法研究,我们看到,民间法的研究在原有累积的基础上继续平稳推进,各位研究者分别在民间法本体、民间法社会实证、民族习惯法、民间法司法运用和民间纠纷解决等各领域中贡献了自己的知识增量,民间法研究的话语权日益增强,逐渐获得法学界、社会学界、人类学界及经济学界的众多学者的认可和参与.在今后的研究中,还应加强民间法基础语词的研究、拓宽研究的领域、加强民族习惯法的理论研究、关注民间法司法实践中的制度和机制研究.
