| 摘 要： | 诚信原则具有普遍的民法文化意义。我国古代民法以习惯法为主,深受儒家伦理的支配。从早期儒家诚信思想的形成过程可以看出,诚信是儒家伦理的重要原则。早期儒家诚信思想对我国古代民法文化具有深刻的影响。

| Abstract: | The trustworthiness principle has the widespread civil law cultural meaning. The ancient civil law of our country regard common law as principle, being control by the Confucianism ethics deeply. The formation process thought from the Confucianism trustworthiness can see, the trustworthiness is important principle of the Confucianism ethics. The Confucianism trustworthiness thought has the deep influence to the ancient civil law culture of our country. |
