| 摘 要： | 欧盟早在1988年和1992年就两次向中国彩电提起反倾销诉讼,2003年5月美国也对中国彩电提起反倾销诉讼。中国彩电在海外市场接二连三地遭遇反倾销诉讼,利益严重受损。国外对华频频发起反倾销诉讼既有主观原因也有客观原因,中国家电业应从中吸取教训,对反倾销应诉做好长期准备。

| Abstract: | Anti - dumping cases against color TV sets from China were initiated twice by European Union (EU) in 1988 and 1992 respectively. Recently in May 2003, the U. S. lodged another anti -dumping suit a-gainst the same product. These frequent antidumping actions have done great harm to China's household appliances industry. There are both subjective and objective reasons that can explain why the foreign countries are so keen on accusing China of dumping. It is necessary for China' s household appliances industry to draw lessons from that and make long - term preparations for the antidumping cases. |
