| 摘 要： | 老年人生活质量的评价是社会养老保障决策过程中的重要依据之一,通过对他们生活质量的分析及量化评估,可以为制定改善和提高城市居家老人生活质量的对策提供资料,使社会养老保障系统真正有的放矢地改善和提高生活质量.本文在多项综合评价方法研究基础之上,为了达到数据简化、客观赋权、区域间比较的功能,尝试使用因子分析法分别从评估城市居家老人生活质量的六个维度即经济状况与消费水平、居住条件与家庭设施、躯体健康与心理健康、社会支持、闲暇生活质量、生活满意度评价对上海市老年人口状况与意愿跟踪调查中8个城市社区的老年人口生活质量进行综合评价并排序,并将城市居家老人生活质量指标体系中的若干代表性指标重新聚合为新的因子.通过因子分析方法的运用,最后探讨了保证综合评价结果真正科学合理地说明实际生活质量状况,因子分析方法使用时应注意的问题.

| Abstract: | The important precondition to improve and increase the life quality of senior citizens is to evaluate scientifically their life quality.Based on a comprehensive assessment,it is possible to estimate on the whole the status of life quality of the senior citizens and to compare them among several cities with different characteristics.The method of factor analysis is used to investigate the internal relations between multi-variables and the basic structures of the observed data. |
