国外下一代战略性人力资源管理研究综述

摘    要:人力资源实践与企业绩效间相互关系的研究一直是国外战略性人力资源管理研究的重点 ,对于先进的人力资源管理实践能否带来企业绩效的提高近年来国外学者进行了深入的研究 ,并提出了人力资源管理实践影响企业绩效的过程模型即人力资源价值链模型理论 ,根据该理论 ,优秀的人力资源实践通过影响人力资源价值链上的各个环节 ,最终能导致公司市场价值的提升。该理论的实证分析仍处于逐步探索阶段 ,但已是国外下一代战略性人力资源管理研究的方向。

Abstract:The research on the application of human resources and performance of the enterprises has always been the focus of the foreign strategic research on personnel management. In recent years there have been further investigations by foreign scholars on whether developed personnel management can bring better performance, and they have put forward the theory of the value chain of human resource,which is about how the application of personnel management influences the performance of the enterprises. According to this theory, the outstanding personnel resources, by influencing every sector on the chain, can upgrade the marketing value of the company. The practice of the theory has been under investigation, but it has been taken as the research orientation of the next generation in the foreign countries.
