摘    要:人才培养是高等学校的根本任务,教育教学质量是学校的生命线,提高人才培养质量是一项系统工程。学校必须有明确的办学指导思想和合理定位,在此基础上,从全面质量管理的理念出发,加强对人才培养目标和培养方案的制订、教学资源的建设和输入、教学过程的管理、社会及用人单位对毕业生的反馈等环节的监控,形成人才培养质量管理的闭环系统。

Abstract:Talent training is a fundamental task of the institutions of higher learning. Euduction and teaching quality is a lifeline to a university. Talent training quality improvement is a system engineering. College and university should have a definite guiding ideology and reasonable location about how to develop itself. From the ideology of total quality management, college and university should strengthen the design of talent training target and plan, the construction and the input of teaching resources, the management of teaching process, and the control of the links about the feedback of the university graduates from the society and the employment departments, constituting a closed system of talent training quality management.
