| 摘 要： | 提倡科技创新,大力发展高新技术仪器仪表企业对产业结构调整和经济增长的意义已经举世公认。强调高新技术仪器仪表企业对技术创新的管理,是保证高新技术仪器仪表企业健康发展的关键。本文论述了高新技术仪器仪表企业技术创新管理的四个构成因素,并在分析四因素的基础上指出了高新技术仪器仪表企业的决策者在进行技术创新时应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | It is widely admitted in the world that advocating scientific and technological innovation and striving to develop new and high-tech instrument enterprises has a great impact on the industrial structure adjustment and economic development. Technological innovation management must be emphasized in the new and high-tech instrument enterprises, which is the key to guarantee the healthy development of these enterprises fast and steadily. This article discusses four main factors in the management of technological innovation in new and high-tech instrument enterprises, and points out on the basis of analysis of the four factors the questions which the administrators of new and high-tech instrument enterprises should pay attention to when conducting technological innovation. |
