| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO,促进了经济的发展,加剧了人才的竞争。这一方面给高校毕业生的就业提供了新的机遇,同时也带来了严峻的挑战。面对新的形势,我们应当努力进行高校毕业生工作的改革,增强毕业生在人才市场中的竞争能力。
