| Abstract: | By analyzing a dispute arising out of a house property transaction,the paper dealt with the property rights and the creditor's right in house property transactions,and proposed that distinguishing these two different rights strictly is an important prerequisite to protect parties' legitimate rights and guarantee the safe of dealings. |
