| 摘 要： | 目前广泛使用的搓板式烟支滤嘴接装方法会使水松纸与组合烟有“剥离趋向”,容易导致水松纸出现泡皱缺陷,
影响烟支接装的质量。为解决水松纸与组合烟的“剥离趋向”,提出了正搓的接装方法,并对消除或削弱水松纸与组合
烟“剥离趋向”的一正一反的两次搓接方法、双槽烟支滤嘴接装的正搓方法、带式搓接方法进行了接装原理的设计,以提
高烟支滤嘴的接装质量。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of current cigarette filter washboard type installation. it has some wrong of " stripping
tendency" between tipping paper and combination cigarette, which easily leads to tipping paper appearing blister defects
and influences the quality of cigarette. In order to solve the problem, it put forward a positive on direction rubbing
method, a positive and negative two directions rubbing method. a double grooves positive direction rubbing method and
a belt rubbing method. It carried through principle designs and improved the quality of cigarette filter. |
