摘    要:针对目前应变片型张力传感器在实际工程应用时,存在被测材料与张力辊接触产生额外的摩擦力使得测量结果 精度不高的缺点,提出了基于2组张力传感组件耦合的张力传感器技术,设计了基于2组张力传感组件耦合的张力传感 器结构,介绍了这种张力传感器技术的系统组成、测量原理和计算方法。结果表明该张力传感器技术通过2组张力传感 组件的巧妙组合,消除了被测材料与张力辊接触时产生的额外摩擦力,提高了测量精度。这种张力传感器技术,可以应 用于高精度张力控制和测量等领域。

Abstract:For the use of tension sensor in field of engineering currently, there is a measuring error bringing by the friction between tested materials and tension rollers. A technology of tension sensor based on two sensing elements was proposed, and the structure of this tension sensor was designed. The tension sensor's system components, measurement principle and method of calculation were introduced. The result indicates that it eliminates the effects of extra friction through the combination of two sensing elements. and improves the accuracy of measurement. This technology of tension sensor can be applied in the fields of high precision tension control and measurement.
