| Abstract: | The mechanism of cultural development of science and technology can be divided into internal and external mechanisms.The former mainly includes accumulation and revolution of knowledge of science and technology,fusion and penetration of all subjects of science and technology,change of methods of science and technology,and interaction between science and technology.The latter mainly includes need mechanism,incentive mechanism,dissemination mechanism,and safeguard mechanism. |
