| 摘 要： | 党的阶级基础和群众基础都必须通过组织条件才能达到理论原则与实际上的一致。如果没有非公有制经济组织党的建设,那么,党的阶级基础(工人)和党的群众基础(私营业主等新社会阶层)都会被虚化。非公有制经济组织党的建设的具体作用表现在:密切党与不同方面工人阶级的关系,巩固和强化党的阶级基础;融洽、和谐党与新社会阶层的关系,扩大和增强党的群众基础;全面保障人民当家作主的地位和权利,巩固人民民主专政的国体;促进非公有制经济健康、快速发展,强固执政的经济基础。 |
