长三角区域的生态特征与生态治理保护的一体化推进措施

长三角区域位于我国沿海与沿江生产力布局主轴线的结合部,扼长江出海口,集＂黄金海岸＂与＂黄金水道＂于一身,河湖水网相连,气候温暖湿润,自然环境优越,开发历史悠久,是中国和世界著名河口三角洲之一。依托得天独厚、无可比拟的区位优势和丰富的淡水资源,长江三角洲紧紧抓住国际制造业向其加速转移的有利机遇,加快区域联动开发、协调发展,成为我国经济高速发展的地区和社会综合发展的核心区域。但随着工业化、城市化的快速发展,长三角地区生态环境面临着严峻的考验,资源迅速消耗和环境污染加剧。在不少地方,良好的资源生态环境已成了十分短缺的生产要素,对经济社会的约束日益突出,生态安全问题面临严峻的挑战。在此背景下,文章分析并提出长三角区域生态文明的特征、问题与解决对策。

The protection measures concernig the integration of ecological characteristics and ecological management in the Yangtze River Delta region

Yangtze River Delta has a good geographical advantage and abundant fresh water resources,seizes the favorable opportunities of the the transfer of international manufacturing industry and becoms the core areas of economic and social development.But with rapid development of industrializaiton and urbanizaiton,the ecological environment is facing severe challenges.A good ecological environment has become very short factors of production.So this article proposed the regional ecological characteristics of civilization,the problems and the solutions.
