广西北部湾经济区港口群、城市群、产业群关联协调发展机制研究

作为以重要国际区域经济合作区为发展定位的我国西部唯一沿海经济区，港口群、城市群、产业群对于广西北部湾经济区的发展起到了根本性的支撑作用。本文就如何实现广西北部湾经济区港口群、城市群和产业群关联协调发展的机制创新进行探索性研究，并具体提出：（1）实现错位发展战略；（2）突破行政体制壁垒，建立信息共享平台；（3）建立“高效政府”，加强决策管理一体化；（4）推进交通物流一体化网络建设。

Research on the coordinated development mechanism of port groups,city groups and industry groups in the North Bay economic zone in Guangxi

Port groups, city groups and industry groups have played a fundamental role in the development of North Bay economic zone in Guangxi. This article researched on the coordinated development mechanism of port groups, city groups and industry groups and put forward several strategies such as dislocation development strategy, establish an information sharing platform, enhance the integration of decision - making management system and promote the integration of transportation and logistics network construction.
