Summary of the seminar about the thinking and focus regarding the change of urban development means in Shanghai

The constraints of the supply of natural resources such as energy,land,water has become a key factor that has an impact on Shanghai＇s economic and social development. Particularly,limited land supply a major bottleneck for shanghai＇ development during the 12th 5-year-plan period. Shanghai should take several measures such as optimizing the allocation of land space and promoting recycling use of the land to resolve the problem of limited land supply.
