积极心理学观照下的心理教师专业角色的重塑

摘    要:积极心理学的兴起为当前学校心理教育的发展注入了新的理念和价值力量,以之观照当下我国心理教师专业角色的发展,要求在创设若干条件的基础上,促使心理教师在承担的专业角色功能、心理教育过程中师生的互动角色类型、承担的多重角色间关系、社会协同中专业角色的地位表现、专业角色的自我认同等方面实现重塑,以适应心理教育的积极心理学取向发展的需要.

Abstract:The rise of the positive psychology movement inject new ideas and value power to the school mental education currently.Reconsidering the current professional roles of the Chinese school psychologist from the positive psychology perspective,we need to fulfill some conditions to realize the reconstruction the professional roles of the Chinese school psychologist.These reconstruction of which are as followings: the functions of the professional roles assumed by the school psychologist;the type of the reciprocity roles between the teacher and the student of the mental education process;the relationships of the multiplicity roles assumed by the school psychologist;the positon expression of the professional roles acting in the social cooperation;the self-identity of the professional roles etc.
