| 摘 要： | 论述了社会工程研究,指出它是科学知识与制度政策之间的一座桥梁,是将社会科学知识为主的相关科学知识综合集成并创造性地转换为制度政策的一项复杂性活动。大力开展社会工程研究,深入探讨科学知识转换为制度政策的方法论与规律性,可加速科学知识向制度政策的转换,实现社会合目的性与合规律性的发展。

| Abstract: | Social engineering is a complex activity that integrates and converts scientific knowledge mainly social science knowledge to institutions and policies. We must carry out social engineering research vigorously and find methodology and rules of converting scientific knowledge to institution and policy in order to speed up the process of conversion and achieve the social development in accordance with objective and regulations. |
