| 摘 要： | 学术期刊是科学研究中一种重要的学术资源,一个国家的学术影响力主要是通过期刊实现的。美国的三大科学引文索引数据库(SCI、SSCI、A&HCI)是目前衡量一个国家学术影响力的重要评价指标,它们所收录期刊的多少直接影响该学科国际影响力的水平。通过对改革开放三十年来中国学术论文被三大科学引文索引收录情况的数据分析,可以发现中国在三大科学引文索引中被收录的论文数量相差极大,三大学科的发展极不平衡,国际学术影响力差异大——自然科学得到高速发展,社会科学得到快速发展,艺术与人文科学只得到较小发展。为了提高我国学术的国际影响力,必须通过政策调节、平衡各学科发展,改革现有的学科分类方法,将哲学社会科学明确划分为社会科学和艺术与人文科学,使用正确的方法对不同学科进行评估,并采取措施大力支持学术期刊进入国际期刊引文数据库,不断朝国际化方向发展。
