中国—东盟自由贸易区的组织结构分析

中国-东盟自由贸易区属于特权型小集团,相对于更大规模的一体化建设而言成本较小,集团公共产品的供给较为充足,因此有实现的可能性。但南南型结构的缺陷对它的进一步发展构成了困难与障碍:区域内贸易不多,对发达国家市场依赖严重,“凝聚核”本身的实力有限,区内各国矛盾较多。从组织结构的角度分析,应对之策在于发挥开放的一体化组织的优点。

The Organization's Structural Analysis of China -ASEAN Free Trade Area

The China-ASEAN free trade area is a kind of small group with big power, which the cost of its construction is less than that of bigger size integration, and the provision of the common products for group is more plenteous. So it has the possibility to come true. But it needs to overcome the limitations of structure of South-South cooperation, and brings the advantage of open integration organization to play.
