On the Ruling Basis of Chinese Communist Party

This article analyses the ruling basis of CCP, including class basis and public basis, and reviews the basic practice of the party in consolidating its glass basis and enlarging its public basis in the history. With the developing of time anddeepening of reform, the ruling basis of the party faces new situation and new challenge. Under the guideline of Jiang Zemin's theory of three representations, this article puts forwards ideas and countermeasures against existing problems in order to strengthen and consolidate the ruling basis of the party.
