摘    要:目前我国高校教师道德缺失已是有目共睹,但针对这一现象提出的建议大多偏重措施的外在强制性,要求也过于普遍。而中国传统的士道精神以其主体自律特色和超越性的价值追求,为高校教师师道建设走向理想化和先进性境界开辟了新的思想。士道精神对师道建设的启示有四,即道德自律原则、道德优先原则、素位参政原则和“师道尊严”原则。

Abstract:Nowadays, the loss of college teachers' working ethics in China has been obvious to all. However, most suggestions proposed to battle with the problem emphasize too much the external obligation, and the requirements are too general. The Chinese traditional scholars' ethics, with its feature of self-discipline and its emphasis on the value of transcendence, can be adopted to push the construction of the college teacher's working ethics to an advanced and ideal state. What the traditional scholars' ethics has as enlightenment to this construction are the following four principles: the principle of self-discipline, of ethics priority, of the plain participation in politics and of the teacher's professional dignity.
