The investment control over construction project is cruciat in project management.The overcapitalitation of construction proiests can be found in the followings:diseconomy,and imperfection designing and budget,superaddition of investment caused by changs in designing,sunstandardized bidding,and other unpredictable factors.The paper has analyzed those reasons, and then brought forward the countermeasures in order to control the investment. The measures includes:to the keep budget design under a limited control, rationalize budgeteering,enhance designing alteration managencent,well manage the engineering materials,standardize the biding process, and standardize the contract management,thus to keep the budget under control.
