| Abstract: | This article illustrates the benefit of information-based education on the quality enhancement of whole citizens, the cultivation of creative people, and the improvement of education theories. It points out the changes of information-based education has brought to higher education on such aspects as ideology, concepts, aims, forms, teaching contents and methods, and emphasizes the importance of application in higher information-based education. |
