西部农村地区后发优势与工业化实现途径

后发优势是一个后发国家（或地区）相对的潜在优势，利用好这一优势力可以加快推进我国西部农村地区的工业化建设。本文从几个简单的数学函数对我国西部农村地区工业化加以概括，并从创新模仿和学习能力、制度因素、规模经济三个主要方面加以论述。

The Advantages for the Late- development in the West Rural Areas in China and the Approaches to Industrialization

The advantage for late-development is, relatively, the potential advantage for the late-development of a country （or a region）. We shah stimulate the development of industrialization in the rural areas in the west of China if we can operate this advantage perfectly. In the present paper, the writers summarize the conditions for industrialization in the west of China with some mathematical function, elaborate the development of west industrialization in three aspects： the innovation, imitation and learning ability; the institutional factors; and the scaled economy.
