| 摘 要： | 建设高校和谐校园不仅是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求，也是高校实现自身全面、协调、可持续发展的内在需要。“特殊群体”往往是构建和谐校园的不稳定因素，在思想政治工作中，我们应以人为本，对“特殊群体”实施关怀教育，并采取相应的教育对策。
