| 摘 要： | 学习型组织理论是一种全新的管理理论,美国管理学者彼得·圣吉提出了修炼学习型组织的五种模式。社会的发展、学校管理中存在的弊端以及当前学校教育的特点决定了学校管理走向学习型组织管理模式是一种必然趋势。从学习型组织理论出发,结合教育理念创新,提出改造与重组传统的学校组织,使之成为学习型学校。

| Abstract: | Organizational theory for study is a completely new management theory. An American administering scholar put forward five modes for refining study. With the development of society, some malpractice in school management and the characteristics of modern education determine a necessary trend from school management to supervising mode. Based on the organizational theory for study, the article puts forward the idea that we should rebuild and reform our traditional school system to make it a new study school. |
