| 摘 要： | 从水的起源、延续和发展分析了城市与水的关系，并以此为基础进一步探求了水文化发展与城市发展的相关性，提出了我国的水文化经历了人水相争、人水抗和直至人水和谐3个发展阶段。结合水与城市的关系，重点分析了人水和谐对当今城市发展的现实意义。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the study of the city's origin,continuation and development,this paper analyzes the relationship between water and city and further explores the pertinence between water culture development and city development.It maintains that Chinese water culture experiences three stages: from "man-water contention","man-water resistance" to "man-water harmony".Finally,it is pointed out that it is of great significance for the development of the city to construct the harmonious relationship between human and water. |
