| 摘 要： | 本文综述了近年来行为经济学对于分配正义问题的大量实证研究,以此为切入点,展示了行为经济学对于主流经济学的"经济人"假设的超越,分析了公平诉求的三个层次之间的关联,并对综合自利假设和分配正义的经济学理论进行了介绍和分析。本文认为,结合丰富的实证研究成果,回归亚当.斯密的社会理论,将是一个新的理论发展方向。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews recent empirical studies of the just distribution problem.We divide distributive justice into three inter-linked levels,i.e.,equality,need and equity,and analyze the relationship of them.Comparing with mainstream economics,we show that behavioral economics integrated self-serving assumptions and the just motivation more successfully.Combined with empirical researches,the return of Adam Smith' social theory would be a new theoretical direction. |
