华北抗日根据地反家庭暴力问题研究

抗战之初的华北乡村,家庭暴力主要以妇女普遍遭受虐待的形式表现出来.因而,反对虐待妇女成为华北抗日根据地反对家庭暴力的主旋律.华北抗日根据地的反家庭暴力,前期多采取自上而下的方式,以行政手段强力制止；后期,则大力倡导“和睦家庭”建设,引导妇女参加生产,以迂回方式抑制家庭暴力.华北抗日根据地的反家庭暴力,提高了妇女地位,减少了妇女受虐悲剧的发生,对当今社会反对家庭暴力、构建和谐家庭也不无启示.

Anti-Japanese Base Areas Domestic Violence Research

In the villages of North China at the beginning of the war of resistance against Japan,domestic violence was a common form of abuse.Subsequently,anti-domestic violence efforts have become very important in these areas.The efforts initially took a top-down approach using administrative means to enforce strong suppression.However,later efforts advocated more ’family-friendly’ construction as an indirect way of dealing with the issue.As a result,women’s status in the area has improved,there have been less incidences of domestic abuse and family harmony has increased.
