中小企业文化的培育和企业形象的塑造

摘    要:缺乏良好的企业文化和企业形象 ,已成为制约我国中小企业持续健康发展的深层原因。企业形象是企业文化的展示和表现 ,企业文化是企业形象的灵魂。塑造良好的中小企业形象 ,首先要培育企业文化 ,还要注重企业形象的载体建设和引导公众。

Abstract:Being short of good corporate culture and corporate image has become the deep-seated factor of restricting the continuous and healthy development of middle and small business in China.Corporate image is the revelation of corporate culture,while corporate culture is the soul of corporate image.To model good corporate image,the middle and small business firstly needs to cultivate its culture.Also,it should value the carrier construction of corporate image as well as guide the public.
