| 摘 要： | 建立新型科技服务体系是建设社会主义新农村的客观要求,是市场经济发展的客观趋势,是促进我国现代农业的重要途径。当前加强农技推广队伍建设、培育新型服务主体、发挥龙头企业的带头作用等措施是构建新型农村科技服务体系的关键。

| Abstract: | Building a new technology service system,as an important means to promote China＇s modern agriculture,is the objective demand inherent to constructing socialist new countryside as well as a trend in the development of market economy. To achieve this goal,it is vital to take measures to improve the qualities of distribution workers,cultivate new service subjects,and give full play to the leading role of major enterprises. |
