| Abstract: | The Western Region during the Tang Dynasty was a place where many languages were coexistent, and the aboriginal languages at that time died out gradually. The number of languages was on the decrease. With the political, economic and cultural strengths, the Chinese language, the Sogdian language, the Tibetan language, the Khotan Saka language and the Turkic language became the most influential dominant languages in the whole Western Region during the Tang Dynasty. |
