基于OLI模式的中国对东盟直接投资的动因分析

针对以往对外直接投资理论存在的某些局限性,邓宁将所有权优势、内部化优势和区位优势相结合,构建起OLI模式。当这三个优势同时具备时,企业才会到国外投资。中国对东盟直接投资增速较快,但绝对金额还不大,潜力有待挖掘。本文运用邓宁的OLI模式,分析中国对东盟直接投资的动因,并从中归纳出一些有益的结论。

Reason analysis of china''''s direct investment in ASEAN based on OLI mode

Against some limitations in the previous foreign direct investment theory,Deng Ning establishes the OLI mode,combining the advantages in ownership,internalization and geography. Only when these three advantages coexist are enterprises willing to invest in foreign countries. The growth rate of China’s direct investment in ASEAN is rapid,but the absolute amount of funds is still small,which leaves the potential to be tapped. This article uses Deng Ning’s OLI mode to analyze the reason of China’s direct investment in SEAN,and sums up some beneficial conclusions.
