| 摘 要： | 公关作为一种现代管理艺术，对大力开展高校的档案管理工作，加强开放意识、树立形象意识、增强竞争意识和强化效益意识都具有积极的促进作用；将公关艺术用于高校的档案管理，则需要高校档案部门和档案管理人员广泛开展档案宣传活动，积极改变传统、保守的管理方法和服务方式。

| Abstract: | Public Relationship, as one kind of modern management art, has an positive promotiong effect on enhancing open-up, cornpetitive and beneficial mind as well as setting up image consciousness in university files management. Applying public relationship art to university files management repuires exensive files propaganda activities and a chang of tarditional, old-moded means of managment and service by the University files seetion and its staff. |
