| 摘 要： | 针对目前企业环境管理存在的问题 ,提出了PDCA循环的管理思路。PDCA循环的管理工作方法能使企业的环境管理工作有效地、系统地运行 ,使企业内部的环境管理得到不断的改进和完善并呈螺旋上升 ,因此PDCA循环运用于环境管理具有一定的可行性和现实性
